Shipping Policy – Harper Enovation
Immediate Shipping Models
Models classified as immediate shipping are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time for Portugal: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time for other European countries: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time outside Europe: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Made-to-Order Models
Models not available for immediate shipping are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation and order preparation.

Delivery time for Europe: between 10 to 20 business days.

Delivery time for North America, Central America and South America: between 20 to 35 business days.
Important Notes
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the transport services and customs of the destination country, and in some cases, delivery may occur before the estimated time.
The shipping period begins after payment approval and order confirmation.
Delivery Confirmation
Once the transport service indicates "Delivered" status, the order is considered to have been properly delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Harper Enovation is not responsible for losses or misplacements after delivery confirmation, and it is up to the customer to verify receipt and inform us within a maximum of 7 business days if the order has not been received.
Claim Deadlines
Any claim related to shipping, delay, or loss must be reported within 7 business days of the delivery date recorded in the tracking.
After this period, it will not be possible to open an investigation or issue refunds or resend products, as the shipment is considered finalized.
