Refund Policy – Harper Enovation
Harper Enovation values the trust and satisfaction of its customers. All our products are carefully checked before shipping, ensuring the best possible experience. However, if the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund according to the conditions below.
1. Request Period
The customer has 7 calendar days after receiving the order to request a return and refund, provided the product has not been used and retains its original characteristics.
After this period, it will not be possible to accept refund or return requests.
2. Conditions for Refund
For a refund to be accepted, the product must:

Be without signs of use, without damage, and with all accessories and original packaging;

Contain intact labels and show no signs of wear.
Products that have been used, washed, have odors, dirt, or damage caused by use will not be accepted for return.
Products purchased at a discount, on promotion, or from an outlet are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
After receiving and analyzing the product by our team, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase (card, PayPal, MB Way, etc.).
If the customer has already made an exchange, it will not be possible to request a new exchange or refund.
A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the process is completed.
4. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping error or proven manufacturing defect.

Harper Enovation is not responsible for losses, misplacements, or damages during return shipping; registered shipping with a tracking code is recommended.
If the return is accepted due to a defect or shipping error, the transportation costs will be reimbursed.
5. Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Models produced to order or customized (such as specific sizes, special colors, or limited editions) are not eligible for a refund, except for a duly proven manufacturing defect.
6. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

After analysis, we will send you the return address and all necessary instructions for shipping the product.
7. Special Situations

In case of a partial return (e.g., one of the products from an order with multiple items), the refund will be calculated only on the value of the returned product.

If the return does not meet the conditions described above, the product will be sent back to the customer, with no right to a refund.
