All our products are checked and tested before being shipped by our manufacturer, and only after going through all these processes are they shipped.
In case of manufacturing defects, you have up to 14 calendar days to exchange or return the product. We ask the customer to send photos with all the details of the defect so that it can be analyzed by our team. As soon as the defect is confirmed, we will contact the customer to make the exchange or refund.
