Exchange and Return Policy – Harper Innovation
All products sold by Harper Enovation are inspected and tested by the manufacturer before shipping. They are only shipped after passing all quality control processes.
Returns
The customer may request the return of a product within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt , provided that the item has not been used and is in the same condition in which it was delivered, including original packaging.
Exchange due to Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer also has a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
For the situation to be analyzed, high-resolution images that clearly demonstrate the defect must be submitted. After analysis and validation by our team, we will contact the customer to replace the product or refund the amount paid.
Exclusions
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products purchased with discounts, outlets, promotional campaigns or on sale

Custom products to order

Products that show signs of use

We only make one exchange per purchase . If the customer requests a second exchange of the same order, it will not be accepted .
This policy complies with the provisions set out in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 , of 14 February, relating to contracts concluded remotely and outside commercial establishments.
